📜 Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Services

TEROWEB TECHSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED provides various IT and digital services, including:

  • Website and App Development
  • E-Commerce Development
  • UI/UX and Graphic Designing
  • Social Media Marketing & Management
  • Video Editing and Content Creation

A detailed scope of work will be shared with the client for each project before initiation.

  1. Engagement & Project Terms
  • A formal proposal/quotation must be accepted before starting the project.
  • Any changes to the project scope after approval may require a revised quotation and timeline.
  • The client must provide all required content, images, and access credentials on time.
  1. Payment Terms
  • 50% advance is generally required before the project begins unless stated otherwise.
  • Remaining payment is due upon delivery or as per mutually agreed milestones.
  • Delay in payment may result in suspension of services or project hold.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, NEFT/IMPS, Razorpay, and other authorized gateways.
  1. Revisions and Support
  • Limited revisions (typically up to 2–3 rounds) are included based on the plan or package.
  • Additional changes beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable.
  • Post-delivery support, if included, is limited to bug fixing—not new features.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and legality of provided content/data.
  • Respond promptly to queries and approval requests to avoid delays.
  • Cooperate during the development and testing phases.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All rights to custom-developed content are transferred to the client upon full payment.
  • Open-source tools or third-party plugins used remain the property of their respective owners.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
  1. Confidentiality
  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on shared sensitive data.
  • We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with consent.
  1. Termination & Cancellation
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
  • If terminated by the client mid-project, applicable work charges will be deducted and the rest refunded (if eligible).
  • Please refer to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for details.
  1. Warranty & Liability
  • We provide a limited warranty on developed software/features against bugs or issues.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Issues due to third-party software or services
    • Content accuracy or legal compliance
    • Loss of data due to client-side mishandling
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the project paid by the client.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • In case of any disputes, both parties shall attempt resolution amicably.
  • Legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
  1. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website with an effective date.

💸 Refund Policy

At TEROWEB TECHSOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver high-quality IT solutions. However, we understand there may be situations requiring a refund.

  1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Refunds are applicable only before actual development or design work begins.
  • Once a project milestone is delivered, that part becomes non-refundable.
  1. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled mid-way, a partial refund may be provided after deducting charges for work already completed.

  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Domain registration, hosting, or third-party services
  • Completed services or delivered digital products
  • One-time consultation or support charges
  1. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  1. Client-Initiated Cancellation
  • You may cancel a project before development or design work starts.
  • If cancellation happens after work has started, applicable charges will be deducted based on progress.
  1. Subscriptions & Recurring Services
  • Subscription services (e.g., website maintenance, digital marketing) must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  1. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel services in case of:

  • Non-payment
  • Misuse or abuse of services
  • Unresolvable technical or legal issues

In such cases, clients will be notified and a partial refund may be issued where applicable.
